The Network Support Hotline was founded by Cisco CCIE’s and leading industry experts in the UK in summer 2009. We are based in Edinburgh, UK and have recently opened an office in Los Angeles, CA, USA as well.
Our team consists of worldwide Cisco Experts which are being spread across all time zones and continents. There isn’t a single Certification we do not possess amongst our Cisco Consultants. The majority of our team are CCIE R&S, Security, Voice, SP, Storage & Wireless Certified. All our Cisco Consultants have at least 7 years+ commercial Cisco experience and also possess sound commercial knowledge.
We understand that today’s Cisco Consultants need to have sound technical knowledge but it is also becoming of more and more important that they possess commercial awareness as well. Whenever our Cisco Consultants are engaged in Cisco Maintenance, Cisco Service or any other activity, they will not only advice the best solutions, they will also keep the budget in mind to help achieving the best return of invest.
Confidentiality is our principle. The Network Support Hotline is keen to sign a confidentiality- and non-disclosure agreement with our customers prior to any engagement. All data and information about our clients are kept in strictest confidence and will never be released to third parties of any kind.
